Precast Linings - We offer the facility to cast the permanent linings of tundishes to suit all needs, our products have been proven to be very effective and expansion resistant in use. Precast Lids - We can design and fit a lid to tundishes to enclose the bath of molten steel and reduce energy losses, these can be done in an array of configurations to suit your needs. Precast Box - Designed to take the impact of molten metal flow into the tundish, controlling the flow and reducing turbulence. Precast Wellblocks - Tundish Wellblocks house nozzles and can made to any design to assist steel transfer quickly and effectively during your production campaign. Precast Dams & Weirs - Dams and Weirs can be cast as part of the tundish furniture arrangement, they cleverly control the flow of molten metal to reduce splashing and impurities in the metal.
