A wealth of organisations have already signed the UK Steel Charter – from public to private sector, and local to nationwide organisations. Steel is everywhere, and this is reflected in the broad range of organisations who have decided to be our steel partners. Trent Refractories is the first commercial UK Steel supply partner organisation to sign up to the charter.

Britain is one of the world's biggest manufacturing nations. Almost 3 million people work in this sector and deliver almost half of all UK exports. UK companies drive over 60 percent of all UK research and development. As a result of that investment, manufacturing as we know it is changing, adapting, and transforming each and every day.
